The Site Quality Control and Quality Assurance service includes providing assistance in dealing with design / technical concerns on site and help to reduce their complexity. We provide whole range of integrated services such as site supervision of contractor’s performance, reviewing non- destructive testing, Minimizing risks during installation and preparation / verification of As-Built drawings and documentation as required by Regulatory bodies.

Ensure Conformity with respect to Approved Drawings / Quality Plan, relevant Codes / Standards / statutory Norms including witnessing / interpretation of all Test results.

We prepare and provide individual equipment inspection reports which are required for IQ/OQ/PQ meeting with the client / regulatory requirements.

Steel structures are thoroughly checked during fabrication for dimensions and welding by NDT methods before erection.

Boroscope/Videoscope/Industrial Endoscope inspection for welds and internal surface cleaning of piping/ducts of various sizes while performing cleaning validation.

Ensuring deployment of qualified welders and control over process forms the essence of HEQS’s role.

We ensure erection of equipment as per Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)

Verification of Materials being utilized for erection including the construction consumables to ensure quality material is utilized, which adds to the overall profitability of the organization by minimizing reworks and repairs.
