INSPECTION

Inspections are conducted to ensure safety, credibility and longevity of the products.

Inspection activity at Vendor / Customer locations covers a wide range of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, equipment and systems in the engineering disciplines, viz. Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation.

We work in line with your requirements for pre-defined and approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), which include stage inspections, witness testing, or final inspection in conformance with the national / international codes and standards, or as required by the client. .

Our Inspectors are qualified and experienced to perform inspection and expedite vendor works with reference to ITP, Code and Standards: ASTM, AWSD1.1, ASME, ANSI, API, SSPC, etc., and cGMP Guidelines by monitoring  project coverage to ensure that the resources essential  for the project do not impact the deadline and the project costs.

We handle quality requirements during various stages of Fabrication, Fit-up, Welding, Painting and Run trials, including conducting PQR, WPS, WQT and reviewing NDT results, which help increasing the Life of Equipment used in the Plants and reducing maintenance cost.
