We evaluate and conduct vendor in-depth assessment based on client needs, which includes vendor’s survey & audit. We submit inspection / audit report in order to support your procurement department to determine, in advance, the capacity /capability of the vendor to produce quality products on schedule. 

We support your Procurement services by performing Vendors’ Technical and Commercial Evaluation,  and providing recommendations for selection of vendors.

Support in expediting the process to ensure On Time Delivery by identifying the potential deficiencies in the project and taking appropriate Preventive measures.

Perform Stage inspection, Final inspection and Pre- dispatch inspection at vendor facility.

The proactive approach of HEQS makes a significant value addition by process improvement due to constant interaction with vendors and customers thereby, reducing rework, rejection and ensuring delivery schedule.

We issue Quality Inspection Reports and progress status report supported by digital images to you immediately after inspection by e-mail followed by Hard copies with Test Certificates.

The reports on the progress of Jobs at Vendor premises is reported / communicated to Customers.
